My Goals are:
1)Think about my health and how much it means to me not to feel stressed because of my heart condition.
2) Exercise some more by walking longer routes with one of my Parents and not running to lose more weight even if i want to do it.
3) Publish one of my writing works from one of the famous writing publishing companies.
4) Complete each of my writing projects and reading goals besides other goals as well.
5) Journal on my feelings about my every day experiences in my life.
6) Do writing and self-esteem exercises from my writing books and self-esteem book.
7) Read books on a kindle once my Mom buys me one tomorrow.
8)Finish reading each books that i have on my shelves to buy more. Besides buy motivational books and writing books besides more chicken soup books too.
9) Listening to music while multitasking to keep me from being bored or being stressed.
10)move to another town in our new place after the third of next Month ends.
11) enjoy the peace and quiet in me and my Parents new home.
12)Do Vocational Rehab to learn how to get a job or continue my therapy if they pay for it.
13) Drink less soda and more herbal tea, ice tea, Gatorade, Powerade, hot chocolate, juice or milk.
14) go on a diet to lose more weight.
15) Join a gym to lose more weight to become in a much healthier weight then what i have now.
